Solid at both ends

When the 07:52 is cancelled

What looking after the far end means, on a Tuesday morning in Paris, while you are still asleep.

  1. The rail operator cancels the 07:52. Our overnight check flags it before your alarm goes off.

  2. We call the station desk. The 08:58 has seats, same platform hall, and we hold four.

  3. Rebooked. The hotel in Lyon knows you will be an hour late, and your guide moves the walk to two o'clock.

  4. New tickets land on your phone with a short message. You finish breakfast.

Questions

Good to know

Something else? Write to info@brickstonebridgetravel.tours or call +44 7469 515114.

How do I book a day tour?

Tell us the tour, the date and how many of you are coming. We confirm the places, send a secure payment link, and your tickets and meeting point arrive by email the same day.

Is my money protected?

Before you pay, we tell you in writing how each part of your booking is protected and by whom. If anything in a plan is not covered, we say so plainly and suggest how to cover it.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Day tours can move to another date free of charge up to 72 hours before departure. For short breaks and tailor-made trips, every plan lists the cancellation terms of each part in plain English before you book.

Can you plan for travellers with reduced mobility?

Yes. Tell us what helps, from step-free routes to rest stops and accessible rooms, and we check each part with the supplier directly, not just on their website.

Do all your tours cross a bridge?

Our short breaks do: that is the Bridges collection. Day tours and tailor-made trips go wherever you want, bridges optional.

Do I need to live in London?

No. Day tours start from Victoria, but we plan trips for travellers anywhere in the UK, and our business clients can be anywhere at all.

Where to next?

Name the place. We’ll build the bridge.
