How we work

Every trip has two ends. We hold both.

Trips rarely go wrong in the middle. They go wrong at the edges: the booking nobody checked, the transfer nobody met, the train that never came. We stay on both ends of yours, from the first conversation to the last train home.

  • A proper conversation first: at our office on Upper Tachbrook Street, on the phone or by video.
  • A written plan and a clear price before you pay anything.
  • Every booking made and checked by a person, then gathered into one travel pack.
  • In writing, before you pay: how each part of your booking is protected.

  • Guides, drivers and hotels we have chosen and checked ourselves.
  • A London number that answers round the clock while you are away.
  • A plan B ready for strikes, storms and cancelled trains.
  • We fix the problem first and sort out the refunds afterwards.

A good bridge is the best seat in any city. Our small-group short breaks are built around four famous crossings, with one guide from start to finish and never more than twelve travellers.

Who we are

A small team by Victoria

Brickstone Bridge Travel Tours opened in 2026 with one idea: plan a trip the way an engineer plans a bridge. Think about the loads, check every joint, and make both ends solid.

We work from a shopfront office on Upper Tachbrook Street, beside the market, five minutes from Victoria station and within twenty minutes’ walk of four Thames bridges. Come in and talk it through; the kettle is usually on.
